CIPP (cured in place pipe) Lining is achieved by saturating a felt liner with a two part epoxy resin, and inserting it into the existing sewer pipe. Hot water is then used to cure the new pipe in place (inside the old failing pipe). This method can give you a brand new sewer pipe without the mess, downtime & at a substantially lower cost, when compared to a traditional sewer replacement.
Trenchless pipe repair is a modern plumbing technique that fixes or replaces underground pipes without extensive digging. This method minimizes disruption to floors, landscaping, driveways, and structures, making it faster and less invasive than traditional methods.
Trenchless pipelining involves inserting a flexible, resin-coated liner into the damaged pipe. The liner is inflated and cured in place using heat or UV light, creating a seamless, durable new pipe within the old one. This process is called cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining.
- Minimal Disruption: No need for extensive digging, preserving floors, landscaping and driveways.
- Faster Process: Repairs are typically completed within a few days.
- Cost-Effective: Less labor and restoration reduce overall costs.
- Durability: The new lining is corrosion-resistant and lasts for decades.
- Eco-Friendly: Reduces waste and environmental impact.
- Cracked or broken pipes due to shifting soil or tree roots
- Corroded or deteriorated pipes
- Leaking joints and misaligned pipes
- Sewer backups and blockages
- Pipes damaged by old age
The new pipe lining is highly durable, resistant to corrosion, and can last 50 years or more with proper maintenance.
Most trenchless pipe repairs are completed within a few days, depending on the extent of the damage and the length of the pipe.
While the upfront cost of trenchless repair may be slightly higher, it often saves money overall due to reduced labor, excavation, and property restoration costs.
Trenchless pipe lining uses a flexible liner made of fiberglass or polyester, coated with a resin (usually epoxy) that hardens to create a strong, seamless pipe.
Yes, trenchless technology is effective for both residential and commercial plumbing systems, including sewer lines and drainage systems.
No, trenchless repair requires only small access points, minimizing disruption to your floors, yard, driveway, and landscaping.
Yes, in order to install/ replace a water heater, a permit must be filed. (Don't worry, we will take care of that for you)
With the use of CIPP (cured in place pipe) Lining Technology, in many cases we are able to install new pipes inside of your old ones, extending the life of your sewer system by up to 50 years.
Most houses built prior to 1980 still have cast iron sewer pipes. Unfortunately, these cast iron pipes will rust and deteriorate over time, causing the pipes to crack and disintegrate, resulting in frequent sewer backups. If your house was built before 1980, we offer a no-cost, no-obligation consultation, which includes a free sewer camera inspection.
A video camera inspection is used to assess the condition of the pipes, identify damage, and determine the best repair method.
Yes, hydro jetting and pipe descaling are an important part of the lining process. This is performed before lining to remove debris, grease, and buildup, ensuring a smooth surface for the liner.
Pipe bursting is a trenchless method that replaces a damaged pipe by breaking it apart and pulling a new pipe into place. Unlike pipe lining, which creates a new pipe within the old one, pipe bursting completely replaces the pipe.
In most cases, you can remain in your home during trenchless repairs, although water service may be temporarily shut off. We do our best to keep any disruptions in service, as brief as possible.
A video inspection will determine if your pipes are suitable for trenchless repair. Pipes with severe collapse or misalignment may require alternative solutions.
The new lining is designed to last at least 50 years, making it a long-term solution for pipe problems.
Signs of failing pipes include:
- Slow drains and frequent clogs
- Sewage odors or water stains
- Gurgling noises from drains
- Soggy patches in the yard
- Multiple drains clogging simultaneously
- Sewage backups in toilets or tubs
- Cracks in the foundation or sinkholes in the yard
- Persistent foul odors near drains or outdoors
It’s recommended to have your pipes inspected every 2-3 years, or more frequently if you experience recurring plumbing issues.
- Avoid flushing non-biodegradable items (wipes, grease, etc.)
- Schedule periodic hydro jetting to keep pipes clear
